📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby).
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
• Experience supporting HR operations like payroll and benefits.
