💼 About This Role

You'll assist BCBAs with case management and provide center-based supervision for children with autism. Your work directly helps little ones learn first words, build friendships, and succeed in classrooms. You'll receive exceptional training and mentorship from over 50 BCBAs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide direct 1:1 Compassionate ABA to children
• Assist BCBAs with case supervision and management
• Mentor instructors and trainees with constructive feedback
• Manage and oversee Social Skills Groups

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in progress or completed
• Minimum 2 years delivering ABA to individuals with autism
• Active RBT certification preferred
