๐ผ About This Role
You'll define and execute the field sales enablement strategy for the ANZ region, ensuring long-term growth of partner sales teams through world-class programs. You'll translate regional business needs into productivity plans that measurably drive outcomes for Xero. This role is key within global Revenue Enablement and regional sales leadership, with cross-functional collaboration.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Execute cross-functional programs with Sales Leadership, Training, and Field Marketing.
- Develop engaging learning programs for new and current hires with LX and Content teams.
- Define and measure KPIs to demonstrate ROI of sales processes and training.
- Drive a consistent regional customer-facing voice for Sales teams.

- Proven ability to build trust with product and regional sales teams.
- Significant experience in people management within a sales environment.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making to influence strategy.
- Background in SaaS, accounting, or bookkeeping industry.
