You'll define and execute the field sales enablement strategy for the ANZ region, ensuring long-term growth of partner sales teams through world-class programs. You'll translate regional business needs into productivity plans that measurably drive outcomes for Xero. This role is key within global Revenue Enablement and regional sales leadership, with cross-functional collaboration.

  • Execute cross-functional programs with Sales Leadership, Training, and Field Marketing.
  • Develop engaging learning programs for new and current hires with LX and Content teams.
  • Define and measure KPIs to demonstrate ROI of sales processes and training.
  • Drive a consistent regional customer-facing voice for Sales teams.

  • Significant experience in people management within a sales environment.
