• Manage initiatives from finance and payout perspective including UAT and workflow design
• Identify and drive process and technology improvement opportunities
• Supervise day-to-day operations and month-end closing

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting or Finance
• 5-10 years of experience in finance operations or risk control
• Experience at management level
• Familiar with local/US GAAP and internal controls
