💼 About This Role

You'll own the full sales cycle as Antimetal's first quota-carrying AE, selling a deeply technical infrastructure platform to engineering teams. You'll run discovery, coordinate pilots, and close deals while helping build the scalable sales playbook from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end sales cycle from outbound sourcing to close
  • Run technical discovery with engineering teams (Eng, SRE, platform, infra)
  • Lead pilots, security reviews, and compliance reviews with urgency
  • Develop talk tracks, objection handling, and repeatable outreach sequences

📋 Requirements

  • 2-4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing deals
  • Experience selling technical products (dev tools, infra, security) to engineering buyers
  • Proven ability to run structured discovery and design pilots
  • Strong outbound pipeline creation skills with high ownership

✨ Nice to Have

  • Prior experience as a solutions engineer, SRE, or software engineer
  • Background selling observability, monitoring, or incident response tooling
  • Network in the NYC engineering ecosystem
