💼 About This Role

You'll facilitate CBI Life Skills and Family Relations classes within a prison re-entry program, helping marginalized individuals build new values and responsibility. You'll document participant progress and work collaboratively with CDCR and CCHCS staff.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Facilitate CBI Life Skills and Family Relations classes.
• Conduct individual sessions to develop action plans.
• Document delivery of CBI programming in ARMS.
• Engage participants daily and reinforce group norms.

📋 Requirements

• Experience facilitating evidence-based curriculum.
• Ability to document progress in ARMS or similar systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with CDCR/CCHCS staff.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in correctional or re-entry settings.
• Certification in Life Skills or Family Relations curricula.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
