You'll lead the planning, design, and delivery of waterfront and marine infrastructure projects nationwide, including ports, piers, and shoreline protection. You'll serve as technical lead and project manager, driving local market growth in Detroit while collaborating with a national team.   • Lead structural analysis and design of marine structures
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
  • Develop construction documents including plans and specifications
  • Support business development and client relationships in Detroit

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Ocean, or Structural Engineering
  • 10 years of engineering experience with 7 years focused on structural engineering
  • Experience developing construction documents including plans and specifications
  • Professional Engineer License (or ability to obtain within 12 months)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 15+ years of experience in waterfront/marine/port infrastructure
  • Experience as Project Manager on multi-disciplinary projects
