You'll build and scale technical enablement programs for Postman's Solution Engineers and Customer Solution Engineers. You'll create structured learning paths, technical accreditations, and hands-on experiences that empower teams to deliver high-impact customer engagements. This role sits at the intersection of technical depth, program management, and field enablement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and manage global technical enablement initiatives for SEs and CSEs.
• Develop technical accreditation paths and certification programs.
• Enable SEs for customer evaluations with demo frameworks and playbooks.
• Equip CSEs for adoption, scaling, and complex technical support scenarios.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical enablement, sales engineering enablement, or related field.
• Experience working with Solution Engineers or developer-facing teams.
• Strong understanding of API platforms or technical SaaS products.
• Proven experience building technical training programs or enablement frameworks.
