You'll deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers for WordPress ecosystems, resolving complex issues through deep troubleshooting and collaboration. Your work ensures customer stability, security, and operational excellence. - Deliver advanced technical support via ticketing and calls
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated WordPress issues
- Perform in-depth debugging with logs and monitoring tools
- Contribute to knowledge resources and process improvements
๐ Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress including themes, plugins, and WP-CLI
- Proficiency in PHP and JavaScript for debugging and code analysis
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or consulting roles
- Understanding of REST APIs, DNS, and Git

- Familiarity with WooCommerce or Gutenberg
- Knowledge of reverse proxies or enterprise WordPress hosting
