  • Deliver advanced technical support via ticketing and calls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated WordPress issues
  • Perform in-depth debugging with logs and monitoring tools
  • Contribute to knowledge resources and process improvements

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with WordPress including themes, plugins, and WP-CLI
  • Proficiency in PHP and JavaScript for debugging and code analysis
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or consulting roles
  • Understanding of REST APIs, DNS, and Git

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with WooCommerce or Gutenberg
  • Knowledge of reverse proxies or enterprise WordPress hosting
  • Experience with New Relic or Kibana
