💼 About This Role

You'll lead the legal function at Tulip, an AI-native frontline operations platform. You'll oversee global legal risk, corporate governance, and commercial negotiations for a high-growth SaaS company. This role offers the chance to build a scalable legal function and advise the executive team on strategic decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise CEO and executive team on strategic decisions.
• Negotiate complex B2B SaaS commercial agreements.
• Oversee global privacy compliance and data protection frameworks.
• Manage corporate governance, board matters, and equity programs.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive legal experience.
• At least 3 years in a senior in-house counsel role at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Deep expertise in drafting and negotiating complex B2B enterprise agreements.
• Thorough understanding of GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and data security.

• Experience with global compliance frameworks like SOC 2, FedRAMP.
