Description
In this role, you will traffic and QA campaigns across major platforms, implement Smartly features to streamline workflows, analyze performance to provide optimization recommendations, support testing roadmaps, prepare updates for client syncs, and build enablement assets. You'll partner with Product and Engineering to document and escalate issues.
Requirements
- Strong interest in paid social and/or programmatic
- 1-2 years media buying or campaign ops experience with monthly budget above $150k
- Data-minded with ability to turn complex inputs into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and team-player skills
- Google/YouTube experience a big plus
Responsibilities
- Traffic and QA campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google/YouTube
- Implement and validate Smartly features (templates, automations, feeds, reporting)
- Analyze performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Support testing roadmaps by setting up tests and summarizing learnings
- Support weekly customer syncs by prepping updates and executing enablement requests
