💼 About This Role

You'll join the centralized data team to own domain-level data modeling, metric standardization, and dashboard delivery. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to design data instrumentation and scale decision-making infrastructure. This role offers a chance to work with a global pet-tech leader on cutting-edge AIoT products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain tracking plans for event schemas and user properties.
• Build data pipelines in Databricks using Python, Spark, SQL with DLT.
• Define core business metrics (churn, MRR, engagement) at the data model layer.
• Own Tableau dashboards delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in an Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or BI Engineer role.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or Spark environments using Python.
• Strong SQL and experience building gold-level datasets.
• Experience designing and maintaining Tableau dashboards for cross-functional teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Braze, Segment, or Amplitude.
• Ability to translate business questions into data products.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for data development.
