Description

You will administer and maintain litigation support platforms across multiple network enclaves to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient access to case-related data. You'll perform queries and analysis of information sources, timeline development, and communication patterns. Additionally, you'll develop data dashboards within case repositories or using COTS data analysis tools to support case team review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Legal Studies, or related field OR 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • 6+ years of experience engineering and deploying complex IT systems in a federal government environment
  • Hands-on experience administering or heavily using litigation platforms such as: Relativity IPRO Eclipse Everlaw Nuix
  • Experience developing dashboards or analytical visualizations (e.g., Power BI or similar tools)
  • Strong troubleshooting and user support skills
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive investigative data in secure environments
  • Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI accesses

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain litigation support platforms (e.g., Relativity, IPRO Eclipse, Everlaw, Nuix, Lexmark) across multiple enclaves
  • Perform queries using these systems and others; perform analysis of information sources, timeline development, communication patterns and data quality controls
  • Develop data dashboards within case repositories (e.g., Relativity or Everlaw) and/or using COTS data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI) to support case team review
