💼 About This Role

You'll evaluate and develop distributed energy solutions for large-scale EV charging infrastructure at Terawatt. You'll translate complex energy challenges into actionable, scalable solutions. This role sits within our growing Solutions Engineering team, reporting to our Staff Energy Solutions Engineer.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain techno-economic models for distributed energy solutions
• Partner with stakeholders to develop advanced modeling capabilities
• Drive cross-functional alignment on energy solution workflows
• Define product requirements and conduct deep dives into energy technologies

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in energy, utilities, or cleantech
• Foundational knowledge of utility rate structures and economic modeling of distributed energy solutions
• Strong modeling skills in Excel and basic Python proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree (Master's) in Engineering or Energy Systems
• Hands-on experience with energy modeling in a professional setting
• Experience with utility interconnection processes or regulatory environments
