Description

You will independently perform linguistic QA and develop alignment resources for an AI data project. Responsibilities include reviewing AI outputs for grammatical accuracy and cultural context, acting as a primary quality check during production, generating educational resources, and providing native-level language vetting during scaling.

Requirements

• Demonstrable work or educational experience in linguistics, education, or similar
• Prior experience in human data evaluation or annotation
• Verified English language proficiency at C1 or C2
• Ability to transform raw feedback into structured educational resources
• Meticulous attention to linguistic detail and ability to correct subtle unnatural phrasing

Responsibilities

• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural context
• Act as primary quality check during production to identify and correct cultural errors or awkward phrasing
• Analyze task quality trends and develop educational resources and feedback documentation
• Provide native-level language vetting during project scaling
• Offer specialized linguistic consultation throughout production
