Description

You will provide virtual primary care through telehealth visits, including triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups, as part of a team dedicated to transforming healthcare. Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates during daily huddles and weekly clinical rounds.

Requirements

• Completed accredited FNP program with national certification
• 2+ years experience in outpatient primary care or urgent care/emergency medicine (all ages) within past 5 years
• Currently licensed in MA with ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday/Sunday)
• Excellent clinical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits including triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles
• Utilize clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care
