You'll lead SEC filings and financial reporting for a fast-growing construction tech company. Your work ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP and drives process improvements across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy)
• Oversee drafting of financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A disclosures
• Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and audits
• Collaborate with accounting, legal, tax, and FP&A teams on disclosures

📋 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Experience preparing and reviewing Forms 10-K and 10-Q
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong technical accounting research and writing skills
