💼 About This Role

You'll lead the Quality team at Away, owning the strategic roadmap to optimize our global supply chain. You'll architect the digital infrastructure and customer DIY solutions that define the next era of Away. This role reports to the Head of Operations and is pivotal in bridging US design with Asia manufacturing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the evolution of Quality with a proactive, tech-enabled model
• Lead global manufacturing innovation for equipment and tooling strategy
• Architect and execute a 'Cost of Quality' roadmap
• Integrate AI-driven analytics into the product lifecycle

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in Quality leadership with deep technical engineering background
• Deep expertise in raw materials and finished goods engineering
• Proven track record of scaling global QMS through technology and data-led innovation
• Expert at identifying root-cause trends and prioritizing impactful topics
