You'll provide parts and aftermarket support to customers, processing orders and inquiries for commercial HVAC equipment. Your work will help maintain inventory accuracy and drive customer satisfaction through proactive recommendations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist customers with product inquiries and parts identification
• Process customer orders and purchases with vendor supply team
• Support internal sales team with technical support and research
• Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
• 5+ years of HVAC and/or sales experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to operate a powered lift
