You'll drive key metrics like sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and supporting operations.

• Promote services like piercing and engraving
• Meet KPIs: OPH, SPH, NPS (85%)
• Support order fulfillment and back-of-house operations
• Maintain visual merchandising and fixture integrity
