Description

You will partner with senior producers to ensure timely delivery of a game area, manage cross-functional teams using Jira and agile methodologies, and align with designers to prioritize work. Your goal is to foster a healthy team culture and deliver high-quality features for 2K's next sports franchise.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of game production experience
• Completed at least 1 full game development cycle from pre-production to shipping
• Understands team dynamics and healthy culture
• Organized, excellent communication, collaborative, curious
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills
• Passion for games and product quality
• Excellent problem solver
• Experience setting clear goals and delivering features with cross-functional teams
• Excellent project management capabilities
• Attention to detail and ability to anticipate issues
• Strong understanding of technical concepts
• Project management training in Scrum or other agile framework
• Strong experience with Jira and Flow / Shotgrid
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Excellent at cultivating positive working relationships
• Engineering background would be an asset
• Love for sports is an asset

Responsibilities

• Partner with design and tech peers to ensure impact and quality of deliverables
• Run sub-team and prioritize work in partnership with designers
• Project manage your group
• Align with Producer lead to develop workflows in Jira and Flow
• Coordinate, focus, prioritize and track progress
• Remove roadblocks for the team
• Decompose long-term efforts into incremental steps and communicate roadmaps
• Drive effective process within your group
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to establish and deliver goals
• Drive alignment and resolve ambiguity
• Build and enhance Jira workflows and tools
• Manage structure and morale of your team
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Play the game to gauge quality of deliverables
