💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of brokers in Zensurance's high-velocity sales model, coaching them to navigate a high-volume pipeline and make insurance easy for small businesses across Canada. You'll drive GWP growth and optimize conversion ratios using tech-driven tools in a fast-paced InsurTech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach and improve team performance through shadow sessions and feedback
• Conduct 1:1s and deliver tough feedback to build a resilient sales culture
• Lead daily huddles and file audits to maintain accuracy standards
• Motivate team to exceed monthly GWP targets

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of insurance experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Valid provincial broker's license (RIBO preferred)
• Hunter mentality with persistence to meet set targets
