Description

You will support the development, installation, and stable operation of advanced R&D equipment for new product development. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance, contributing to new product design and development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
• 5-6+ years of semiconductor industry experience supporting equipment
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor equipment installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting
• Understanding of wafer fab operations, gas and vacuum systems
• Effective communication in English and Korean

Responsibilities

• Support installation, upgrade, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of R&D equipment
• Assist with first builds, bring-up, and testing of new products
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Support daily operation and monitoring of R&D lab equipment
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams during equipment development
