Requirements

• First practical project experience in sales, omnichannel management, or e-commerce
• Outstanding degree (Bachelor/Master) in business, technology, or information technology
• Strong presentation and moderation skills, excellent MS Office skills
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading global consulting firm

Responsibilities

• Shape seamless customer engagement across online and offline channels and design customer journeys
• Define and implement future-proof sales strategies, optimize sales processes, and introduce digital sales tools
• Develop strategies, design, and launch eCommerce platforms and marketplaces, including social and mobile commerce
• Combine strategic analysis with implementation work in a consulting environment
