You will shape future-proof customer experiences by designing seamless omnichannel engagements, defining sales strategies, and implementing eCommerce platforms and marketplaces. You will work on innovative strategy projects within international teams, combining strategic analysis with hands-on execution.
Requirements
- First practical project experience in sales, omnichannel management, or e-commerce
- Outstanding degree (Bachelor/Master) in business, technology, or information technology
- Strong presentation and moderation skills, excellent MS Office skills
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading global consulting firm
Responsibilities
- Shape seamless customer engagement across online and offline channels and design customer journeys
- Define and implement future-proof sales strategies, optimize sales processes, and introduce digital sales tools
- Develop strategies, design, and launch eCommerce platforms and marketplaces, including social and mobile commerce
- Combine strategic analysis with implementation work in a consulting environment
