Description
As a Partner Growth Manager, you will drive revenue growth for clients in the Mexican/LATAM affiliate space by building high-value partnerships, managing top publishers, and executing data-driven strategies. You will pitch opportunities, manage budgets, and act as a trusted expert in client verticals and publisher relationships.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the digital Mexican market.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- 4+ years business development or relevant work experience (including account management, contract negotiations, marketing).
- Experience working in a sales or account management role with enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
- Experience in Performance Marketing, particularly Affiliate Marketing, preferred.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills; ability to push back without damaging relationships.
- Detail-oriented and persuasive.
- Proven success in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable leading client-facing presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; natural communicator and influencer.
- Work from home and corporate office experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to overall revenue goals through creation of high-potential publisher relationships and optimization of paid placements, commission increases, and product reviews.
- Maintain updated department relationship tracker and client-approved placement tracker.
- Serve as subject matter expert in client verticals and partner relationships, proactively providing insights.
- Identify new high-quality partnerships and opportunities using research tools like SimilarWeb.
- Manage day-to-day communication with top publishers, including paid placement and optimization tasks.
- Optimize opportunities with top publishers as an extension of the client's business, managing budgets for healthy ROI.
- Create and execute recruitment and paid placement strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
- Pitch innovative opportunities to clients, providing data-backed reasoning and overcoming objections.
- Adapt strategies as needed, communicating unrealistic goals and pivoting to maintain progress.
