Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of telecom BSS projects, managing cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality implementations that drive digital transformation for communications providers.

Requirements

• 5-7 years project management experience in telecom domain
• Strong experience with BSS platforms (billing, CRM, mediation)
• Proven track record delivering large-scale telecom projects
• Understanding of telecom architecture and OSS/BSS integration
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, ServiceNow)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for BSS implementations and upgrades
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, network, vendors, and business stakeholders
• Manage BSS domains: billing, CRM, order management, product catalog, revenue management
