In this role, you'll prepare and review business and individual tax returns, manage clients independently, and perform tax research while contributing to a team-oriented environment. You'll have substantial growth opportunities and access to resources from a Top 25 accounting firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 3+ years of tax prep and/or review experience
• Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Self-motivator with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Strong desire for career advancement and goal toward firm ownership

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review business and individual tax returns
• Gather data from clients and third-party sources
• Perform tax research for compliance and client objectives
• Prepare and analyze income tax notices for federal and state jurisdictions
• Manage clients and participate in business development
