You'll mentor and train associates while functioning as the Manager on Duty to assure proper staffing and work prioritization. You'll maintain shelf presentation and availability across all categories. This role is the direct path to becoming a Store Manager.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years in service industry with supervisory experience.
• Open availability for weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance, cannot work remotely.
