Description

Lead the maintenance team supporting metal and aluminum extrusion and anodizing operations, ensuring effective proactive and reactive maintenance. You will drive technical excellence, implement KPIs, and mentor team members to improve site operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance supervisor or management in a manufacturing environment
• Strong diagnostic capabilities to troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Hands-on industrial experience maintaining and repairing production equipment including electrical motors and control systems
• Proficiency with industrial electrical and electronic control systems
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) methodologies preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team in reactive and proactive multi-skilled maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment
• Implement and track KPIs to support operational goals and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards
• Drive technical excellence through continuous improvement and enforce standard maintenance processes
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure timely completion of maintenance work while improving site operational effectiveness and reducing downtime
