🎯 What You'll Do

• Design learning programs aligned with 70-20-10 development model
• Build instructional content, curriculum, and learning journeys
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify skill gaps
• Deploy enterprise-wide learning initiatives across geographies
• Manage and optimize Learning Management Systems (LMS)

📋 Requirements

• 5-9 years in Learning & Development / Talent Development roles
• Strong expertise in instructional design and training program development
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
• Experience designing global or enterprise learning programs

• Understanding of learning analytics and impact measurement
