💼 About This Role

You'll provide remote Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Self Management Education to help patients manage obesity and related conditions. Working with a virtual care team, you'll drive lasting behavior change through evidence-based treatment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a panel of clients with chronic cardiometabolic conditions.
• Communicate via video calls, telephone, and electronic messaging.
• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Diabetes Self-Management Education.
• Partner with coordinated care team for best-in-class member experience.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in dietetics or related field.
• Registered Dietitian credential from CDR.
• Tennessee state licensure as a Dietitian.
• 3 years clinical or community experience (preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES).
• Obesity and Weight Management Certification.
• Spanish fluency.
