You will design and support mission-critical IT infrastructure for multi-site launch operations, focusing on automation, cybersecurity, and real-time support. This role directly enables safe, reliable launches advancing humanity's multiplanetary future.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/engineering/related + 3 years experience OR 5+ years without degree
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Docker, OpenShift)
• Active Directory and multi-platform auth experience
• GitOps concepts and tools experience
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends

Responsibilities

• Optimize and consolidate automation scripts for launch vehicle support
• Provide advanced Linux/Windows administration and troubleshooting
• Align IT infrastructure with NIST cybersecurity frameworks
• Integrate DevOps tooling (GitOps) into launch support processes
• Provide real-time IT support during launch operations
