• Lead and scale a global engineering org of 80+ people
• Optimize delivery cycles and engineering processes
• Make critical architectural decisions for long-term roadmap
• Manage distributed leadership team across US and China
• Foster unified engineering culture bridging Chinese and Western work styles

📋 Requirements

• Track record leading engineering orgs of 100+ employees
• Fluent in Mandarin with deep bicultural understanding
• Still technically sharp to earn respect of senior architects
• Comfortable with quarterly international travel to China and Canada
