💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end patient lifecycle for an AI-native mental health clinic backed by Y Combinator. Your work will directly improve retention and reduce drop-off in a high-trust healthcare environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own lifecycle strategy end-to-end including onboarding, retention, and win-back programs.
• Build and operate CRM stack with segmentation, event-driven messaging, and campaign operations.
• Design patient journey orchestration across key lifecycle states.
• Run rigorous testing and analytics to improve retention and utilization KPIs.
• Drive re-engagement and win-back while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of lifecycle marketing or growth marketing experience.
• Hands-on ownership of lifecycle channels (email, SMS, push).
• Strong analytical ability with SQL and experimentation design.
• Experience with modern CRM tools like Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo.

• Experience in digital health or HIPAA environments.
• Building lifecycle systems from scratch.
• High-trust consumer or subscription product background.
