This role focuses on proactive customer contact, training, and driving adoption throughout the customer lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Requirements

  • Desire to learn and become a subject matter expert in Mitratech solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple critical projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of Google Suite, Salesforce.com, and Microsoft products
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Represent Mitratech to strategic customers through regular communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on customer needs
  • Proactively drive end-user adoption through product-focused meetings
  • Track and document customers' success measurements and demonstrate value
  • Maintain regular cadence with sales and account management on customer insights
