Description

You will develop and execute advertising strategies for Rocket Now, a fast-growing food delivery app in Japan. Through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams, you'll improve ad performance, optimize processes, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 6+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, analytics, consulting, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets and performance metrics
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Business proficiency in Japanese and English

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute advertising business strategies and growth initiatives
• Establish, track, and analyze KPIs for ad products and operations
• Conduct quantitative analyses to identify revenue opportunities and operational efficiencies
• Build regular performance reporting and generate insights for leadership
• Partner cross-functionally to improve advertiser performance and campaign effectiveness
