You'll drive new business for Benchling's AI platform for biotech R&D. You will own your territory, building relationships with key stakeholders from technical to executive levels. This role offers the chance to shape AI-driven biotech and work with top pharma companies like Sanofi and Moderna.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Generate 80% of your own pipeline through prospecting
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Lead negotiations with multiple account personas
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client experience
📋 Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive in SaaS or technology
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline generation and manage complex sales
- Strong sales forecasting skills with track record of exceeding targets
- Experience working with diverse personas from technical to CxO

- Familiarity with MEDDICC sales methodology
- Knowledge of life sciences industry
