You'll drive new business for Benchling's AI platform for biotech R&D. You will own your territory, building relationships with key stakeholders from technical to executive levels. This role offers the chance to shape AI-driven biotech and work with top pharma companies like Sanofi and Moderna.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Generate 80% of your own pipeline through prospecting
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts
  • Lead negotiations with multiple account personas
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client experience

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive in SaaS or technology
  • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline generation and manage complex sales
  • Strong sales forecasting skills with track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience working with diverse personas from technical to CxO

  • Familiarity with MEDDICC sales methodology
  • Knowledge of life sciences industry
