You'll deliver virtual individual and group counseling sessions using an evidence-based digital program for substance use disorders. Your work will directly help Members reclaim their lives in recovery. This role offers remote flexibility and opportunities for professional development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate Member readiness and care level
• Facilitate group and one-on-one counseling sessions using evidence-based curriculum
• Provide crisis support and coordinate appropriate referrals
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in EMR system
• Collaborate on individualized treatment and discharge planning

📋 Requirements

• Active LCSW-C, LCPC, LCADC or LCMFT license in Maryland
• Credentials verifiable through state board website
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms
• Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
