💼 About This Role

You'll co-lead outdoor programming for kids at an overnight camp, ensuring their safety and comfort 24/7. You'll build community and guide campers through activities like mountain biking, rock climbing, and kayaking. This role offers on-site housing and the chance to work in beautiful Colorado.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 24-hour support, guidance, and supervision for participants
• Co-lead daily outdoor programming: mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking
• Organize and participate in camp games, rituals, and safety protocols
• Serve as a role model and provide exceptional customer service

📋 Requirements

• 20 years of age by start of camp
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (for driver roles)
• Basic First Aid, CPR, and Mandatory Reporter certification by start
• Experience working with kids in professional or volunteer setting

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years experience with kids
• Experience in core sports (climbing, biking, paddling)
• Wilderness First Aid or WFR/EMT certification
