💼 About This Role

You'll plan and lead pickleball programs at a mountain resort community. You'll ensure participant safety, teach skills, and create engaging activities. This part-time role offers a $1,700 recreation benefit and free bus passes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain program site safety and lead activities.
• Instruct relevant skills for pickleball activities.
• Develop creative programs including games and lessons.
• Educate participants on etiquette, skills, and techniques.

📋 Requirements

• Relevant activity/sport specific training represented by a certification or award.
• Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certification (or acquire within 6 months).
• Ability to deal with conflict professionally and effectively.
• Ability to relate to others inside and outside peer group.
