Description

As an FP&A Business Partner at Similarweb, you will work with key stakeholders to build and maintain budgets and forecasts for a division, and support leadership with analytical tools for decision-making. You will drive data-driven decisions by building business cases and delivering insights on business metrics.

Requirements

• B.A. or B.Sc. in Economics/Statistics/Business (MBA or MA is a plus)
• 1-3+ years of FP&A or relevant experience
• Prior experience partnering with or supporting HR, Finance, or Legal functions
• Multi-data-source financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
• In-depth understanding of financial model construction and company forecasts/budgets

Responsibilities

• Build and develop financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking for corporate units
• Maintain and improve financial and operational models, run ad hoc analysis on income, resource allocation, and cohort-level insights
• Deliver insight on business metrics including comparison to prior periods, highlighting key variances and trends
• Enable data-driven decision-making by working closely with department heads as an analytical arm
• Proactively identify and analyze opportunities to drive business improvements and share actionable insights
