• Lead and grow the proAgent AI pod, hiring and mentoring engineers.
• Own architectural direction of agentic runtime for multi-turn conversations.
• Define standards for context management across long, branching dialogues.
• Drive technical strategy for real-time voice pipeline with sub-1s latency.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years building production engineering systems.
• 2+ years leading an AI engineering team with direct reports.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs in production (prompt engineering, orchestration).
• Strong fundamentals in Python and TypeScript.
