Description

You will treat patients with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits across multiple offices in Atlanta. Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, and perform in-office procedures as needed. This casual/per diem role offers flexibility with an average of 8-20 patient care hours per week.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Georgia
• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care

Responsibilities

• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
• Perform tele-health visits as needed
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual care if required
