You'll lead and scale the Merchant Onboarding Managers team in Austin, ensuring technical excellence and consistent delivery of onboarding projects. You'll act as the senior escalation point for complex integrations involving APIs and data structures, shaping global onboarding strategy. This hybrid role reports to the Head of Onboarding in the UK, ideal for those thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Merchant Onboarding Managers in Austin.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding pipeline for US merchants.
• Serve as senior technical escalation point for API and integration issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature gaps and enhancements.

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years in technical onboarding or implementation engineering.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical onboarding teams in high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, HTTP, and modern web technologies.
• Proven ability to manage complex, concurrent projects with process governance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with eCommerce or Shopify ecosystems.
• Experience with logistics, WMS/3PL, or ERPs.
