Description

You will be the face and voice of Opendoor, handling customer needs during their most meaningful financial decisions. Your day includes navigating phones and written communications, guiding customers through the home-buying/selling process, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be in office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume call environment preferred
• Efficient in navigating multiple systems

Responsibilities

• Handle customer needs with integrity, empathy, and efficiency
• Guide customers through the home-buying and home-selling process
• Respond to incoming calls and resolve issues
• De-escalate tough customer interactions and develop communication pathways
• Act as liaison between customers and internal partners
