💼 About This Role

You'll own the engineering strategy across four critical functions: Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, Technicians, and Technologists at a fast-scaling global manufacturer of lifestyle accessories. You'll be accountable for turning engineering into a competitive advantage and ensuring every product is produced faster, better, and with less waste. Your decisions will directly impact OEE, scrap rate, and downtime across all production lines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering strategy across CI, Process Engineering, Technicians, and Technologists
• Manage four functional heads and develop their leadership capability
• Drive measurable improvements in OEE, scrap rate, downtime, and MTTR
• Set engineering KPIs, hold teams accountable, and report at C-level

📋 Requirements

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing)
• 5+ years in manufacturing engineering with multi-team leadership
• Experience managing 15+ people across multiple functions
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent demonstrated competency
