Requirements

• 2-4+ years professional experience including 1-2 years in investment banking, consulting, or high-growth startup
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, advanced Excel)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Located within 45-minute commute of NYC and able to work on-site 4 days per week

Responsibilities

• Build and develop end-to-end payor relationships with health plan stakeholders
• Conduct research on insurance market contracting and novel markets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain health plan contracts
• Streamline go-to-market processes, workflows, and tools
• Analyze healthcare claims data to support competitive analysis and strategy
