💼 About This Role

You'll implement and track employee experience, performance, and exit processes, ensuring strategic information for decision-making. You'll manage onboarding surveys, climate surveys, and performance evaluations. This role drives organizational improvement through data analysis and executive reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Implement onboarding surveys at 1 week, 30, 60, and 90 days.
  • Plan and administer organizational climate surveys.
  • Coordinate the performance evaluation process ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure a dignified resignation process.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's in HR, Psychology, Administration or related.
  • 3-5 years experience in performance management or organizational climate.
  • Experience in data analysis and executive report generation.
  • Advanced Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

  • Knowledge of performance evaluation methodologies.
  • Survey design and analysis skills.
  • Organizational climate indicators expertise.
