Description

This role is responsible for setting and driving the merchandise vision, strategy, and product line architecture for a sustainable fashion brand. You will lead a team, balance creative vision with commercial acumen, and partner cross-functionally to achieve financial goals and long-term growth.

• Senior merchandising leader with experience managing multiple categories
• Strong balance of strategic leadership, analytical rigor, and product intuition
• Deep understanding of customer insights and competitive landscape
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the merchandising vision and line plan across categories, aligning with brand DNA, customer needs, and financial objectives
• Own seasonal OTB, top-line revenue, margin, and profitability goals; reforecast regularly to optimize results
• Leverage knowledge of customer, competitive landscape, and macro trends to identify white space and shape assortment strategies
• Develop a global line plan balancing fashion newness, programs, and carryforward styles; oversee lifecycle management and replenishment
• Partner cross-functionally with design, supply chain, production, marketing, and eCommerce to execute go-to-market strategies
