💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's team prepping and repairing vehicles at our Inspection Center. You'll perform light bodywork and be eligible for training programs to advance your skills. This role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and a vehicle purchase discount.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prep, sand, and buff vehicles
• Remove and install bumpers
• Perform minor plastic welding
• Complete small area bodywork including Bondo repair

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
